The Centre for Teaching Enhancement provides training and support for our Personal Academic Tutors (PATs).
Personal Academic Tutors play a vital role in supporting student engagement and progression. They ensure students’ engagement with their course and wider university support services. Complementing the work of the course leader, they provide a supportive and professional relationship and have an overview of their tutees’ academic progress and development.
